Dominique earned a B.S. in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources from Colorado State University (CSU) as well as a minor in Sustainable Water. This degree emphasized conflict resolution, versatile communication strategies, and facilitation along the spectrum of natural resources. With a strong desire to communicate the need for sustainable behavior, she previously worked as an Eco-Leader for CSU, advanced relevant legislature in numerous student body roles, as well as participated in both on and off campus organizations. Most recently, Dominique volunteered with the Sustainable Living Association to recreate a sustainable business program (formerly the City of Fort Collins ClimateWise) focused on diversifying industry engagement and cultural diversity of program participants. Previous involvement with other organizations include: Center for Protected Area Management, Peaks to People Water Fund, WeCO, Larimer Co. Office of Emergency Management and the City of Fort Collins Natural Areas Department.
